So Be It

I know no other escape as complete as free-falling into the sky that is your eyes.
You captivate me.
You encompass my curiosity with impish grins and twinkles.
You glow with an inner contentment...a favorite pair of jeans broken in just right...at home in your own skin...
I long to walk in there with you and offer my exchange. To be at home, at peace, accepting one’s self with inner resolve...
assured without a trace of cock-sure.
God knows I ache to, want to, need to share that.
No games here!
No insecurity here!
No fishing allowed!
I long to share myself with you, my love.
You, who are able to feel the depth without prodding with the world’s gauge.
Just to “be”...not dissected...not violated.
I ran out of desire to take chances indefinitely.
If you are not he then he does not exist...
And so be it.
